豬肉放入凍水,煮滾後繼續煮5分鐘汆水,拿起備用
水滾後放入所有材料,再滾後調細火,煲約2小時即成!

Ingredients: (Makes 6 bowls)
piece of dried octopus
g winter melon
corn
g China barley
g Euryale ferox
dried jujube dates
dried scallops
g pork with bones
ml water
Directions:
Soak the beans in water for about 30 minutes. Soften the dried octopus, then cut it into pieces. Cut the corn into pieces.
Place the pork in cold water, bring to a boil, and continue boiling for 5 minutes to blanch it. Remove and set aside.
Bring the water to a boil, then add all the ingredients. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 2 hours until done.
