適量 炸粉
80 g 麵粉
40 g 生粉
1/2 茶匙 泡打粉
1 茶匙 蒜粉
1 茶匙 五香粉
1 茶匙 Paprika powder
1/2 茶匙
1/2 茶匙 黑椒
適量 雞翼加入薑和水,再加入一茶匙鹽!放在雪櫃浸兩小時~
適量 炸粉材料攪拌均勻!雞翼和牛奶攪拌均勻!
適量 雞翼先沾上炸粉,然後沾上蛋液,然後再沾上炸粉
適量 熱鍋下游,中火把雞翼炸7至8分鐘至金黃色即成

1/2 茶匙 牛油 40g,麵粉40g, 水250ml,濃湯寶雞肉味 半粒,黑椒 1/2茶匙,蒜粉 1茶匙,老抽 1湯匙,糖

烹飪步驟

Ingredients: 10 wings, 2 slices ginger, 300ml oil, 2 eggs, 100ml milk.

Breading: 80g flour, 40g cornstarch, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp each (garlic powder, five-spice, paprika), 1/2 tsp each (salt, black pepper).

Brine: Soak wings in water with ginger and 1 tsp salt; refrigerate for 2 hours.

Prep: Mix breading ingredients. Whisk eggs and milk.

Coat: Dip wings in flour \rightarrow egg wash \rightarrow flour.

Fry: Deep fry in oil over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until golden.

Gravy Sauce

Ingredients: 40g butter, 40g flour, 250ml water, 1/2 chicken bouillon cube, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar.

Method:

Melt butter and stir in flour until smooth. Add water and bouillon; stir well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low until thickened.
