烹飪步驟
花生醬加入1湯匙滾水攪拌均勻!然後再加入芝麻醬
麵條用滾水煮熟後備用
水加入濃湯寶煮滾,然後加入花生和芝麻醬,不斷攪拌均勻,煮大約5分鐘直至湯底順滑!然後加入生粉水,不斷攪拌至湯底濃厚,然後加入花椒油和紅辣油!
把湯底倒在麵條上,然後加入蔥花和榨菜即成~

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
packets of noodles
pork bone broth cube
ml water
tbsp peanut butter
tbsp sesame paste
tbsp chili oil
tbsp Sichuan pepper oil
Cornstarch water (1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water)
Chopped green onions/pickled mustard greens (to taste)
Instructions:
Mix peanut butter with 1 tbsp boiling water, then add sesame paste.
Cook noodles in boiling water, then set aside.
Boil water with broth cube, add peanut/sesame mixture, and stir for 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch water, then add oils.
Pour broth over noodles and top with green onions and pickled greens.
