法式蘋果燉雞鎚

烹飪步驟
蘋果去皮切件,雞鎚加入黑胡椒和鹽,洋蔥和蘑菇切片
熱鍋下牛油,加入蘋果用中火煎至金黃色!拿起備用!同一個鍋中加入雞鎚煎至兩面金黃,不用全熟,拿起備用!
同一個鍋中加入洋蔥炒3分鐘至軟身,然後再加入蒜蓉和蘑菇炒多3分鐘,倒入Apple Cider,加入雞鎚和百里香,轉細火煮20分鐘!
然後加入煎過的蘋果和忌廉,再煮多5分鐘,加入海鹽和黑胡椒調味即成

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
Chicken thighs: 4 pieces
Apples: 2
Onion: 1
Mushrooms: 100g
Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 30g
Thyme: 4 sprigs
Apple Cider: 600ml
Cooking cream: 100ml
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel and chop the apples. Season the chicken thighs with black pepper and salt. Slice the onion and mushrooms.
In a hot pan, melt the butter and add the apples. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside! In the same pan, add the chicken thighs and cook until golden brown on both sides; do not cook all the way through. Remove and set aside!
In the same pan, add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes until softened. Then add the minced garlic and mushrooms, and sauté for another 3 minutes. Pour in the apple cider, add the chicken thighs and thyme, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes!
Then add the sautéed apples and cream, and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste, and it’s ready to serve!
