烹飪步驟
牛肉順序加入醃料醃10分鐘!最後先加入油可以鎖住牛肉水份!
熱鍋下油,爆香蒜蓉和乾蔥蓉,之後加入沙嗲醬爆炒,再倒入雞湯,然後再加入花生醬攪拌均勻,加入通心粉煮3分鐘,然後再加入牛肉,煮熟之後便可以加入少少鹽調味!最後加入生粉水把湯底煮濃,便可以加入芫荽,花生碎,辣椒碎裝飾~

Ingredients (Serves 2):
Beef slices: 250g
Macaroni: 2 packets
Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
Minced shallots: 1 tbsp
Chicken broth/water: 750ml
Satay sauce: 2 tbsp
Peanut butter: 2 tbsp
Cornstarch slurry: 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water
Salt: pinch
Coriander, crushed peanuts, chili: to taste
Beef Marinade:
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Cornstarch: 1 tsp
Water: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Marinate beef for 10 minutes, adding oil last.
Sauté garlic and shallots, add satay sauce, then chicken broth. Stir in peanut butter, cook macaroni for 3 minutes, add beef, season with salt, and thicken with cornstarch slurry. Top with coriander, crushed peanuts, and chili. Enjoy!
