番薯清洗之後,抹乾用錫紙包住
放入焗爐用190度焗25分鐘,然後拿出來,移除錫紙,放入冰水裏面浸3分鐘,然後把番薯放入焗爐用210度焗25分鐘即成!

Instructions:
After washing the sweet potatoes, dry them and wrap them in aluminum foil.
Place them in the oven and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Then remove them, take off the aluminum foil, and soak the sweet potatoes in ice water for 3 minutes. Finally, put them back in the oven and bake at 210 degrees Celsius for another 25 minutes, and they are ready!
