烹飪步驟
預備餃子餡: 蘿蔔和娃娃菜切碎!加入粟米!然後加入免治豬肉!再加入其他調味料~同一方向攪拌至微微起膠即成!
包餡: 取一張餃子皮,放入適量餡料,捏緊邊緣,可以搽少少水,確保不漏餡!將餃子皮和餡料重複操作,直到餃子包完!
煮餃子: 將餃子放入滾水中,煮5-6分鐘即可!
Ingredients: (~40-45 pieces)
Dumpling wrappers: 40-45 pieces
Ground pork (half fatty, half lean): 500g
Corn kernels: 50g
Radish: 100g
Baby bok choy: 100g
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Sesame oil: 1.5 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
Water: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
A small amount of flour for dusting
Instructions:
Prepare the filling: Finely chop the radish and baby bok choy! Add the corn! Then, mix in the ground pork! Add the other seasoning ingredients and stir in one direction until slightly sticky!
Wrap the dumplings: Take a dumpling wrapper, place an appropriate amount of filling inside, and pinch the edges tightly. You can brush a little water to ensure they’re sealed! Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling until all dumplings are made!
Cook the dumplings: Place the dumplings in boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes!
