6 湯匙 蒜蓉
2 湯匙 辣椒碎
150 ml
1/2 茶匙
1 茶匙
1 茶匙 蠔油

烹飪步驟

油煮滾後,加入2/3蒜蓉用細-中火不斷炒5分鐘!微微金黃色後便可以熄火!然後再加入餘下的生蒜蓉,和其他調味料攪拌均勻~

蒜蓉金醬

新鮮大蝦洗淨後,剪去觸鬚和眼部,再剪去腳,有需要可以去腸!然後再開邊~

粉絲用熱水浸淋,加入少許蒜蓉金醬攪拌均勻,然後表面鋪上大蝦,再鋪上蒜蓉金醬,隔水大火蒸6至8分鐘,最後灑上蔥花即成!

Garlic-Golden Sauce — Ingredients:

tbsp minced garlic

tbsp crushed chili

/2 tsp salt

Method:

Heat oil, add 2/3 garlic and fry low–medium 5 min until light golden. Turn off heat, add remaining garlic and seasonings; mix.

Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Glass Noodles:

jin (≈600 g) large shrimp, cleaned and butterflied

pack glass noodles

Chopped green onion

Garlic-golden sauce

Soak noodles in hot water, mix with some sauce, place on plate. Top with shrimp, spread more sauce, steam on high 6–8 min. Garnish with green onion.
