薯仔去皮之後切薄片,煙肉切粒之後可以輕微煎一煎
焗盤中先鋪上薯仔,然後再放上煙肉和芝士片,加入少許鹽和黑椒,重複鋪上多一層!
焗爐190度焗10分鐘,之後把一隻蛋放在中間,再繼續焗多10分鐘即成

Egg
Potatoes
Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Strips of Bacon
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Dice the bacon and lightly fry it.
In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes first, then add the bacon and cheese slices. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper, and repeat with another layer.
Bake in an oven at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes. Then, crack an egg in the center and continue baking for another 10 minutes until done.
