烹飪步驟
豬扒醃料攪拌好,豬扒用刀背或鬆肉錘輕輕拍鬆,可以把豬扒切塊!加入醃料醃至少半小時
車厘茄切半,洋蔥切粗條備用
豬扒醃好後,熱鍋下油,大火把豬扒煎至兩面金黃,拿出備用
同一個鍋中下油,加入洋蔥和蒜蓉炒香,再加入車厘茄炒2分鐘,然後加入豬扒回鍋,再倒入調味料,主至汁濃再加入蔥花即成!

Ingredients (Serves 2)
pork chops
tbsp minced garlic
/2 onion
cherry tomatoes
Chopped green onions (to taste)
Marinade
/2 egg white
tsp light soy sauce
/4 tsp pepper
/2 tsp sugar
/2 tsp salt
tbsp cornstarch
tbsp water
Seasoning
ml water
tbsp light soy sauce
tbsp oyster sauce
tsp dark soy sauce
tbsp honey
tsp cornstarch
Mix marinade and marinate pork for at least 30 mins.
Cut cherry tomatoes and onion.
Fry marinated pork until golden brown, then set aside.
Sauté onions and garlic, add tomatoes, then return pork and add seasoning. Cook until thickened, then add green onions. Serve!
