400 g 金沙骨
適量 蜜糖/ 糖漿
適量 醃料
1 湯匙
2 湯匙 生抽
1/4 茶匙
1 茶匙 紹興酒
2 湯匙 蒜蓉
1 湯匙 生粉
適量 豬肉加入醃料混合,至少醃15分鐘!有時間嘅話放入雪櫃醃過夜更好~
適量 焗爐預熱180°C,金沙骨放在焗盆上,焗8分鐘然後再反轉另一面,再掃上一層蜜糖!再焗8分鐘,期間可以不斷掃上蜜糖,兩邊金黃色即成

適量 Honey or Syrup (to taste)
適量 Marinade
適量 tbsp Sugar
適量 tbsp Soy Sauce
適量 /4 tsp Salt
適量 tsp Shaoxing Wine
適量 tbsp Minced Garlic
適量 tbsp Cornstarch
適量 Instructions
適量 Marinate pork ribs for at least 15 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).
適量 Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake ribs for 8 minutes, flip, brush with honey, and bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown.
