適量 小新薯 4個 /350g

1/3 洋蔥
50 g Mozzarella 芝士碎
適量 鹽和黑椒
適量 橄欖油

烹飪步驟

薯仔切薄片,洋蔥切條,雞蛋打勻!

熱鍋下橄欖油,加入薯仔用中細火煎炒3分鐘,然後再加入洋蔥一齊煎炒到5分鐘~

芝士碎加入蛋液中,然後再加入薯仔洋蔥,加少少鹽和黑胡椒調味

平底鑊中下油,倒入蛋液,用中火煎5分鐘,然後反面繼續煎多3分鐘!

Ingredients:

small potatoes /350g potato

eggs

/3 of an onion

g mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, to taste Instructions:

Slice the potatoes thinly. Cut the onion into strips. Beat the eggs well.

Heat a pan with olive oil. Add the potatoes and stir-fry/fry over medium-low heat for 3 minutes, then add the onion and cook together for another 5 minutes.

Mix the shredded cheese into the egg mixture. Then add the potatoes and onion. Season with a little salt and black pepper.

Add oil to a frying pan (skillet). Pour in the egg mixture and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then flip and continue frying for another 3 minutes.
