Instructions:

Cut the radish cake into large cubes, beat the eggs, and chop the spring onions into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the radish cake until both sides are golden brown, then set aside.

In the same pan, scramble the eggs, then add the radish cake, spring onions, and XO sauce, stir-fry until well mixed and ready to serve!
