適量 雞翼10隻
適量 牛油3湯匙
適量 蒜蓉3湯匙 油 適量 麵粉和生粉
1 青檸
適量 醃料
2 湯匙 魚露
1/2 茶匙 白胡椒粉
1 茶匙
1 茶匙 生粉
1 湯匙 蒜粉

烹飪步驟

把雞翼和醃料醃1小時以上!可在雞翼中間界開以更入味!

雞翼拍上生粉和麵粉,油大火開滾後轉細火,雞翼每邊煎大約5分鐘!拿起備用!

在平底鑊上下牛油,爆香蒜蓉,再加入雞翼略炒即成!

Flour and cornstarch (as needed)

Marinade:

tbsp fish sauce

½ tsp white pepper

Instructions:

Marinate chicken wings for at least 1 hour. Score for flavor.

Dust with cornstarch and flour, then fry in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side. Remove.

Sauté garlic in butter, add wings, stir-fry, and season with salt. Serve.
