熱鍋下油,爆香蒜蓉,然後加入豬肉碎炒香至變色,之後放上金菇和玉子豆腐,倒入調味料,中火煮6分鐘,再灑上蔥花即成!

Ingredients (for 2 people):
pieces silken tofu
pack enoki mushrooms
g minced pork
Tbsp minced garlic
Chopped green onions (to taste)
Seasoning:
ml water
tsp cornstarch
Tbsp oyster sauce
Tbsp soy sauce
tsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Cut silken tofu into pieces and trim enoki mushrooms.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add minced pork and cook until browned. Add enoki mushrooms and tofu, pour in seasoning, and simmer for 6 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve!
