白飯魚如果大條就用滾水煮30秒!雞蛋攪拌均勻,加入蔥花和其他所有材料~
熱鍋下油,倒入蛋漿中大火煎2分鐘,然後反轉另一面,再繼續煎2分鐘即成!

Ingredients:
Eggs: 4
Whitebait (small white fish): 150 g
Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
If the whitebait pieces are large, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Beat the eggs until smooth, then add the chopped scallions and all the other ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another 2 minutes until done.
