鮑魚手撕雞 中式賀年食譜

烹飪步驟
雞髀加入鹽攪拌均勻,之後蒸20-30分鐘至全熟,拿出來立刻放入冰水和凍水!待涼後用手撕下雞肉備用!
鮑魚清洗乾淨之後,放入滾水煮5分鐘至熟,拿出來立刻放入冰水和凍水中!之後去殼和內臟,背面可以用刀界花
雞肉,鮑魚,青瓜絲和調味料攪拌均勻即成
Ingredients (Serves 4):
chicken thighs
abalone
½ cucumber (shredded)
Green onions and cilantro (to taste)
tbsp sesame seeds
Ice and chilled water (as needed)
Seasoning:
tbsp sand ginger powder
tbsp chicken powder
tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp salt
Toasted white sesame seeds (to taste)
Chopped green onions/cilantro/fried shallots (to taste)
tsp chili oil (optional)
Instructions:
Mix chicken thighs with salt, steam for 20-30 mins, then cool in ice water and shred.
Clean abalone, boil for 5 mins, cool in ice water, then shell and score.
Combine shredded chicken, abalone, cucumber, and seasoning. Enjoy!
