烹飪步驟
豬肉加入醃料醃5分鐘,冬菇用水浸淋切片,蠔仔用生粉洗淨
大地魚乾把魚肉撕下,切小粒,用油煎香備用
大地魚骨、龍蝦湯、水和薑一起煲滾之後繼續煮5分鐘,之後隔走大地魚骨!
湯底先加入免治豬肉,然後再加入冬菇和白飯,煮大約5分鐘之後便可以加入蠔仔,繼續煮5分鐘,最後加入唐芹、芫荽和冬菜,再加入少許胡椒粉或鹽即成!

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
bowls cooked rice
g ground pork
g oysters
mushrooms (shiitake/button)
slice ginger
ml water
ml lobster broth
piece dried fish (or 1 tbsp fish powder)
Winter vegetable/celery/coriander Marinade
tbsp soy sauce
/2 tsp sugar
tsp rice wine
tsp sesame oil Instructions
Marinate pork for 5 minutes. Soak and slice mushrooms; rinse oysters.
Fry torn dried fish until fragrant, then set aside.
Boil fish bones, lobster broth, water, and ginger for 5 minutes; strain bones.
Add pork to broth, followed by mushrooms and rice. Cook for 5 minutes, then add oysters and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in winter vegetables and season before serving
