意式雜菜芝士蛋餅

烹飪步驟
車厘茄切半,紫洋蔥切條,菠菜切去根部之後切段,蘑菇切片!
雞蛋攪拌均勻
牛油加入蒜蓉爆香,之後加入紫洋蔥、車厘茄、蘑菇和菠菜炒至軟身,加入少許鹽和黑胡椒調味!然後便可以倒入雞蛋,表面再放上芝士碎,中火上蓋煮大約5分鐘,或至雞蛋熟透之後即成!
Ingredients:
Mushrooms – 4 pieces
Spinach – 50g
Purple onion – 1/2 piece
Cherry tomatoes – 8 pieces
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Eggs – 3 pieces
Cheese slices/grated cheese – 50g
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Instructions:
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the purple onion, remove the stems from the spinach and cut it into pieces, slice the mushrooms.
Beat the eggs until well mixed.
In a pan, sauté the garlic in butter, then add the purple onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. Stir fry until softened, then season with a little salt and black pepper. Pour in the beaten eggs and top with the grated cheese. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked.
