酢橘すだち切片,冷麵汁加入適量凍水,然後放入蕎麥麵,表面加上酢橘片、海膽、三文魚子和蔥花即成!

Cook the soba noodles and rinse them in cold water. Add ice to cool them down and set them aside.

Slice the sudachi and mix the cold noodle sauce with an appropriate amount of ice water. Then, add the soba noodles to the sauce and top with the sliced sudachi, sea urchin, salmon roe, and scallions. Your dish is now ready to serve!
