烹飪步驟
薯仔去皮,切中粒,放入滾水中煮20至30分鐘,用筷子插入軟身即可!
之後將薯仔滰乾水份,壓爛薯仔至滑身,立刻加入切粒的冷凍牛油,攪拌均勻!然後便可以倒入牛奶,慢慢攪拌均勻~最後加入適量鹽!

A large bag of potatoes

ml of milk
Salt to taste
