烹飪步驟
雞髀用醃料醃10分鐘,其他蔬菜材料切塊!
煲中加入少許油,爆開蒜蓉和洋蔥!然後post上娃娃菜,甘筍,雪梨和金菇!表面再放上雞髀!最後加入牛油!
全程用細火冚蓋住30分鐘~期間可以不時觀察和攪拌一下,以防黐底!
最後加入少少芫荽做裝飾,有需要可以加入鹽調味即成!
無水蔬菜精華雞煲
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
chicken thighs
onion
tablespoons minced garlic
carrot
baby bok choy
snow pear
bunch of enoki mushrooms
tablespoon butter
A pinch of salt
Marinade:
tablespoons soy sauce
teaspoon sesame oil
teaspoon sugar
teaspoon Shaoxing wine
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken thighs with the marinade for 10 minutes, and cut the other vegetables into pieces.
Add a little oil to a pot, sauté the minced garlic and onion, then add the baby bok choy, carrot, snow pear, and enoki mushrooms on top. Finally, place the marinated chicken thighs on the surface.
Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Finally, add a little cilantro for garnish. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed, and it’s ready to serve!
