豬骨可以飛水,蕃茄切塊,甘筍和薯仔去皮厚切塊,粟米切塊!
熱鍋下油,加入薑片煎香,然後加入豬骨和蕃茄炒一炒,然後倒入滾水,再加入所有其他材料!
細火煲1.5至2小時,最後可以加入鹽調味

Tomatoes 4
Potatoes 2
Corn 2
Carrots 1
Ginger 2 pieces
Pork rib/pork bones 500 g
Boiling water 2,500 ml
Steps
Blanch pork bones. Chop tomatoes; peel and thickly chop potatoes/carrots; cut corn.
Fry ginger in oil, then stir-fry pork bones + tomatoes. Add boiling water and the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer on low for 1.5–2 hours; season with salt.
