熱鍋下油,加入彩椒和杏鮑菇爆香2分鐘,倒入牛肉炒匀,再加入調味料煮至收汁,最後加入蜜糖攪拌均勻即成

Ingredients:
Beef slices: 300g
Yellow bell pepper: 1/2
Red bell pepper: 1/2
King oyster mushroom: 1 piece
Honey: 2 tbsp
Seasoning:
Cracked black pepper: 1 tsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Cornstarch: 2 tsp
Water: 3 tbsp
Beef Marinade:
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Cracked black pepper: 1 tsp
Cornstarch slurry: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Marinate beef with marinade for 15 minutes.
Heat 1-2 tbsp oil, sear beef until 80% cooked, then set aside.
Slice bell peppers and dice mushroom.
Stir-fry peppers and mushroom in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add beef and seasoning, cook until thickened, then mix in honey.
