烹飪步驟
蒜片加入滾水煮1分鐘,撈起備用,之後用油拌煎炸至金黃色!
意粉跟包裝減2分鐘煮至al dente !
熱鍋下橄欖油,加入蟹肉和蟹粉爆香,然後加入意粉和煮意粉水,炒勻,加入海鹽和黑椒,再加入蔥花和蒜片即成!

Ingredients: (Serves 2)
Pasta: 150g
Crab meat (or hairy crab coral): 150-200g (to your liking)
Reserved pasta cooking water: 100ml
Sliced garlic: 3 tablespoons
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Chopped green onions: to taste
Sea salt and black pepper: to taste
Instructions:
Blanch the sliced garlic in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and set aside. Afterward, sauté in oil until golden brown!
Cook the pasta for 2 minutes less than the package instructions until al dente!
In a hot pan, add olive oil, then stir-fry the crab meat and crab roe until fragrant. Next, add the pasta and reserved pasta water, mixing well. Season with sea salt and black pepper, then add the chopped green onions and garlic slices, and it’s done!
