適量 馬蹄 2粒

烹飪步驟

豬肉加入所有調味料向同一方向攪勻至黏身,冬菇和土魷浸淋後切粒!馬蹄去皮之後切粒!然後加入豬肉攪拌均勻!

把肉放在碟上,大火蒸10分鐘,最後再加上蔥花即成!鍾意重味啲可以再加上熟油和豉油!
