適量 醃料
2 湯匙 蒜片
1 湯匙 生抽
1 湯匙 老抽
1 湯匙 蜜糖
1/2 茶匙
1/2 茶匙 黑椒
1 湯匙
1 茶匙
1/2 湯匙 米酒

烹飪步驟

雞翼解凍後洗淨,瀝乾水份,加入醃料醃最少1小時,過夜更入味

預熱焗爐至 180°C

焗盤上鋪上牛油紙,放入雞翼!蒜片和檸檬放在一旁,180°C焗十分鐘,反轉雞翼再180°C焗十分鐘,搽上蜜糖再220°C焗五分鐘,再加少少黑椒即成!

Juice of 1 lime Marinade:

tbsp sliced garlic

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp dark soy sauce

/2 tsp salt

/2 tsp black pepper

/2 tbsp rice wine Instructions:

Marinate chicken wings in mixture for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).

Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).

Line a tray with parchment, place wings, garlic, and lime. Bake for 10 min, flip, bake another 10 min. Brush with honey, then bake at 220°C (428°F) for 5 min. Enjoy!
