食材

適量 大約1200g 雪糕
300 g 士多啤梨
適量 士多啤梨 4粒 (切粒用)
400 ml 凍忌廉
350 ml 煉奶

烹飪步驟

士多啤梨去掉上面的綠色草,然後粗略切粒,放入攪拌機打爛!

忌廉先用低速打1分鐘,然後便可以住高速打至企身!然後加入煉奶攪拌均勻,再加入士多啤梨蓉攪拌均勻!然後再加入士多啤梨粒!

倒在盒子裏,放入冰格6小時便可以~

Ingredients: Approximately 1200g of ice cream

g strawberries

strawberries (diced for garnish)

ml heavy cream

ml condensed milk

Instructions:

Remove the green tops from the strawberries, then roughly chop them and put them in a blender to puree.

Start whisking the cream at low speed for 1 minute, then switch to high speed until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk and blend until smooth, then add the strawberry puree and mix well. Finally, add the diced strawberries.

Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 6 hours. Enjoy!
