電飯煲中倒入湯底材料,再加入白蘿蔔,然後煮兩個小時~最後可以加入蔥花芝麻辣椒仔即成~

Ingredients:
white radish
Spring onion (green onions), sesame, and small chili peppers, to taste
Broth:
ml dashi (bonito stock)
tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
tablespoons sake
tablespoons mirin
tablespoon sugar
Method:
Peel the white radish and cut into chunks. If you have time, you can boil them briefly in water first.
In a rice cooker, add the broth ingredients, then add the radish, and cook for two hours. Finally, add the spring onion, sesame, and chili peppers, and it’s ready.
