新鮮大蜆 12隻
魷魚仔 6隻
韓式辣椒醬 2湯匙
蒜蓉 1湯匙
大蒽 半條
泡菜 3湯匙
韓式辣味公仔麵 1-2包
芝士 2片
水 600ml/ 自己可以加減
海蝦剪去腳,頭部和觸鬚!大蜆浸一浸水,魷魚仔洗淨!大蒽切段!
熱鍋下油,加入蒜蓉和大蔥爆香,然後加入海蝦和大蜆炒一炒,再加入韓式辣椒膏炒勻,然後便可以倒入水份,煮滾後加入魷魚仔,然後再加入公仔麵和公仔麵所有調味料,公仔麵煮腍後便可以在表面加上一塊芝士,即成!

Recipe: (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
fresh shrimp
fresh clams
small squids
tbsp Korean chili paste
tbsp minced garlic
/2 green onion (sliced)
tbsp kimchi
packs Korean instant noodles
slices cheese
ml water (adjust as needed)
Instructions:
Trim shrimp, soak clams, rinse squids, and slice green onion.
Heat oil, sauté garlic and green onion, then add shrimp and clams. Stir in chili paste, add water, and boil.
Add squids and instant noodles with seasoning. Once noodles soften, top with cheese and serve!
