烹飪步驟
雞髀加入少許鹽和花雕酒,然後和紅棗一起蒸熟!大約蒸20分鐘
米線分開用水煮熟,否則會搞到個湯好油!
雞上湯煲滾之後,加入已浸發的花膠和蟲草花煮15分鐘!然後便可以加入雞髀和紅棗,表面加上芫荽即成~有需要可以加入鹽調味!

Ingredients (serves 2)
Chicken drumsticks: 2
Red dates: 8
Fish maw: 2 pieces
Fresh cordyceps flower: 50 g
Chicken stock: 800 ml
Rice noodles: 250 g
Coriander: a small handful
Shaoxing wine: a little
Method
Rub the chicken drumsticks with a little salt and Shaoxing wine, then steam with the red dates until cooked (about 20 minutes).
Cook the rice noodles separately in water until done.
Bring the chicken stock to a boil, add the rehydrated fish maw and cordyceps flowers, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the chicken drumsticks and red dates, garnish with coriander, and season with salt if desired.
