鹹蛋節瓜瘦肉滾湯

烹飪步驟
鹹蛋用滾水煮熟,之後去蛋殼切中粒!節瓜去皮之後切塊
豬肉切塊,加入醃料醃10分鐘!
熱鍋下油,爆香薑和鹹蛋!之後倒入滾水,加入節瓜、豬肉塊和杞子、中火煮15分鐘即成!
Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)
salted eggs
g pork (belly)
hairy melon
slices ginger
ml boiling water
g goji berries
Marinade:
tbsp soy sauce
tsp cornstarch
tsp sesame oil
/2 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Boil salted eggs, peel, and chop. Chop hairy melon.
Cut pork and marinate for 10 min.
Sauté ginger and salted eggs in oil. Add boiling water, hairy melon, pork, and goji berries. Simmer for 15 min.
